Jersey Shore Views...: TOMATO PIES...IT'S A JERSEY THING!

A new DeLorenzo's Tomato Pie place in Robbinsville, NJ on Route 33 in the Washington Town Center!! 

And the great news?  A bathroom!      Even if you're not from the Trenton area you've got to know DeLorenzo's on Hudson Street.  Voted the Best Tomato pie in NJ, it's the only operating restaurant in NJ without bathroom facilities.  Yet people line up for the fabulous Tomato Pies made by the same family since 1947.  Well the Hudson Street location is still open, but a new location will bring those thin crusted, slightly scorched pies to many Trentonians fleeing the city.  Good luck Sam Amico (third generation) While I moved from Hudson Street several years ago, I'm glad to see DeLorenzo's still there and happy to see my old neighbors who've moved to Hamilton Township and surrounding areas still have easy access to those tasty pies.  So is there someone else in the family that could make pies in Ocean County??
