Pheasant Run in Barnegat is the first active adult community built in Barnegat.  Homes were built in the late 80's.  Most of the nearly 400 homes in Barnegat's Peasant Run are ranch style homes with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, some models do offer a loft area with a bedroom and bath upstairs.  Homes range in size from 1100 to 1800 sq ft with an attached garage.

It is nice to see the indicators showing the economy improving, especially the housing industry which is a driving force for jobs.
