All The Jersey Shore Needs is Two Days of Summer Temperatures!

At the Jersey Shore we were, throughout the winter months, hibernating and focusing on the damage caused by Super Storm Sandy.  Well, we've now had two days, temp over 80, and we've got attitude.  Summer's in the air and we're ready!

Played around with the 'white balance' of my Olympus digital SLR today, and obviously I have much more work to do!

Love the photo, Laura! We're experiencing the same temperatures down here in Virginia Beach, and let me tell you - I'm so happy to be out of hibernation!

Beautiful photo!   And you're right, sun makes a huge difference to attitude...even on my soft climate "wet coast".

Thank you Mary Elizabeth and Li...if you ever spent time with the Ocean you must be forgiving (because the Ocean certainly is not)!!!  Sunshine to you both!

Woo Hoo!  Two days in the 80's at the ocean is "priceless" right now.

We could also use a few nice warm days.  Way below average all month

It was so hot here today that I was wishing we were holding our DC meet up at the Jersey Shore!

We had our first day of 80 degree weather yesterday, Laura!  The previous 2 days had been really windy, so it was a delightful change!  Love the picture of the daffodils.

Hi Laura,

We had a really warm day today and I was afraid the petunias were going to wilt but they didn't. I love beach weather so anything over 90 is unbearable.

Thanks all for stopping by...this morning we're back to chilly and damp!
