Barbara, while many seller's don't understand the market our Jersey Shore builders do!

Ed & Tracy, and with the market picking up in most towns the Jersey Shore is an even better place to live and work!

Laura, of course I don't know your market, but 60 sold & under contract doesn't sound too shabby. September was also a slower month in my area, but we expect it to pick up before the end of the year. Spring should be great.
