Those stats confirms what is going on here.  People are pricing their homes at a reasonable price and are not backing down very much.  Good new for us.. :~)

Laura, I wouldn't be afraid of home prices falling...from what I've seen it's been quite the opposite around here and other parts of the country...I just came from a post claiming bidding wars with the winning bids 10%-15% higher than list.
