Little Egg Harbor Short Sale Approved in 21 Days!

Wells Fargo approved this Little Egg Harbor investor owned short sale in 21 days.  This home has never been lived in, and has some basement mold issues the new buyers must address. The mold proved too scary for some.  But with inspections and estimates these buyers can see the value in this 3200 square foot home.

Wells Fargo will not seek a deficiency judgement against the investor owners of this short sale.

Laura...and I hope that you were the Realtor[R] involved.  that is a great report--may this be the 'new' approach across the states.  How great would that be?  By the way,  that is ONE nice looking house, soon to be a Home.
Have a great rest of Friday & weekend.

But just wait till the seller gets the killer 1009-C  in the mail from wells fargo for forgiving the balance of ther loan.

Sorry that was 1099-C  .

They may not owe the bank but they will owe the IRS big time
