  We don't know what the seller concessions are here...not a part of MLS but with every closing, we get that question from appraisers...who still don't understand short sales....those sellers have conceded all the can and then some.

Laura - sounds like if there was ever a good time to buy "down the Jersey Shore" as we all refer to it, now is it and dosn't everyone in North Jersey want a shore house - lol! God knows we rent them like crazy and it's not cheap! Love the picture of the statue - great shot!
