: Hump Day-Wordless Wednesday

Hump Day-Wordless Wednesday

It's Wednesday morning...Hump Day (if there is such a thing in real estate)!

While I love living at the Jersey Shore, this time of year I think about the sun warming my old bones on a beach somewhere.  Feet buried in the hot sand, sun glasses and a a good book.  No such luck, at least for another few months.

This is what we woke up to this morning...could be 7 inches or more by the time it's done tomorrow morning!  It's just wet and sloppy now.

Snow in Manahawkin
5:30am 1/26/2011 in my corner of the Jersey Shore!

I'm driving to Pittsburgh tomorrow afternoon after having a physical in the morning.  I just hope the weather holds out for me..............either way, I'm going!  We've had flurries on and off all week, same in Pittsburgh.

Good morning, Laura.  When I forst glanced at the picture, before reading your blog, I thought it was the moon and some stars.  Then I realized how oddly shaped the moon was... it looked more like a UFO!  Then I read your blog and realized it's beautiful snoe falling in the early morning hours.  (It is snow, riht?  LOL)  Stay warm.

Thank gawd that we did not get the 2-4" predicted. The winter storm watch has been cancelled - yeah! Thankfully, we just got a dusting...

Laura, why don't you and I call Al Gore and ask him to ship it to a polor bear? In ND we have about 4 to 5 feet sitting on the ground.

Laura, Good luck with your snow removal my friends in Jersey tell me if you get more than an inch schools are closed for a week...that always makes me laugh. We have received over 5 feet this winter and no snow days yet in Lincoln NH.

Laura - Have fun with the snow!  I know you guys get a lot more than we do, and I have to admit...I'm ready for summer, but it is so  beautiful and so much fun!  We've been talking a lot about Barbados too :-)

Laura - Ya'll sure have had your fair share of snow this winter!  A few sprinkles of rain and foggy here in Pinehurst this morning.  The forecast for the weekend is looking to be much warmer....yahoo!!!

WE had a lot of snow early this year, but lately only an inch or so at a time.  Kinda boring!

You’re welcome to move to San Diego. We have lots of beaches here, and I know a great Realtor and a great home inspector! J♪♫♫♪

I'm with you!  I can't wait for the warm weather to return to the Jersey Shore! I have had enough of all this winter weather...bring back the heat!

Keep warm and everyone needs to make sure that you clean off your car before getting out on the roads!

Steve-No so much as the winter progresses, they have to make up the school days in June.  Most of the time the schools are closed because the heating system fails!

Amy-Ahh Barbados.

Alreen & Tracey-Sometimes you just can't shut me up!  LOL

Denise-I'm jealous!

William-But you've got ice fishing!

Jim-And if I were going to live on the left, I mean west coast you'd be the REALTOR of choice!  And of course I'd need a great home inspector!

Susanne-That's right, clean that snow off your car, it's the law!

And now that it's Thursday, I'll bet you got even more snow when you woke up this morning. The news is showing that you guys got another dumping of the white stuff.
