Summer is the best time to live at the Jersey Shore, or anywhere in New Jersey for that matter. Forget the humidity and frequent weather changes, it's Jersey Fresh!
The Jersey Fresh Campaign, initiated several years ago by the New Jersey Department of Agriculture, promotes local farmers and local produce!
While there are still many farm stands, a joint effort by municipalities and the Ag Department has brought Jersey Fresh products to central locations in many southern Ocean County communities weekly.
