debt (sxc)While I am happy to help sell your Ocean County home either in a traditional or short sale, let’s be sure that’s your best option.

Remember a short sale will have an impact on your credit.  So perhaps a loan modification or refinance will be better in the long run.

Visit this government website,  MakingHomesAffordable.com, to see if you qualify for a mortgage refinance or home loan modification.

questions (sxc)Answer a few simple questions for a loan modification or refinance and you can find out if you qualify for either program.
