. 
That compares to more than 90 new listings in the Homes for Sale in Little Egg Harbor May 2010 Report.

Prices are down from last year.

Homes for sale in Barnegat that made it to the closing table in June, 2010 jumped to 37, up from 27 in the homes sold in Barnegat May, 2010 Housing Market Report.
